About Tiffin Walay
Tiffin Walay is a home kitchen in Birmingham cooking traditional Pakistani and Indian halal food, weekly tiffins and customised cakes, made fresh to order for collection and local delivery.

Our Story
Tiffin Walay started with a simple idea: cook traditional halal food the way it is made at home in Pakistan, and share it with families, students and working people in Birmingham who miss real home cooking.
Every dish is cooked by Chef Samra, who trained in Pakistan and brings traditional recipes, authentic masalas and patient, home-style cooking to every order. From chicken karahi and biryani to daal, saag and fresh roti, the food tastes like it came from a family kitchen, because it did.
Alongside our savoury food, Chef Samra bakes customised cakes, cupcakes, pastries, donuts, brownies, patties and pies, so one kitchen can look after your weekday lunch, your weekly meals and your next celebration.

What We Stand For
Everything we cook and bake is halal. If you ever have a question about an ingredient, just ask and we will tell you exactly what is in your food.
We are a home kitchen, not a restaurant. Food is cooked in small batches to order, which keeps every dish fresh and full of flavour.
Hygiene is our first priority. Our kitchen is kept clean and organised, and every order is packed carefully for collection or delivery.
Good home food should be affordable. Our weekly tiffin gives you 14 portions for £65, and our cakes start from £10.
Prefer it milder or extra spicy? Need an eggless cake? Message us and Chef Samra will do her best to cook it the way you like.
When you order from Tiffin Walay you talk to the people who cook your food, not a call centre, from first message to collection.
